Apartment Buildings
Entrance and lobby area
This area will be kept in excellent condition, so as to leave a favorable impression with anyone who might enter your building. Furniture will be kept clean at all times. Glass table tops will be wiped each service day.
Washrooms
Washrooms will be cleaned and sanitized. This will include urinals, toilet bowls, sinks, mirrors and all fixtures. Floors will be damp mopped and sanitized. Toilet paper, hand towels, deodorants and hand soap etc. will be refilled by us.
Laundry Rooms
Washers and dryers will be wet cleaned on the outside each service day. Counter tops and waste containers as well.
Fitness Center
Your tenants will enjoy a clean and sanitary environment in which to work out and feel comfortable.
Floors
All floors will be swept with a treated dust preventative mop. Any coffee stains etc. will be removed. All hard surface floors will be washed and polished as required by management pre-approval.
Carpet
Carpet will be kept clean and vacuumed at all times. Upon request, carpet will be dry spot cleaned
